in the process... working on getting a set of brembo most likely but the price tag on that is a little discouraging. but dont worry i’m not driving it with that kinda power with the stock brakes. that’d be really intelligent :/ but i plan on it. whats your opinion on only upgrading pads vs the rotors calipers and the pads... will the rotors and calipers make that big of a difference on such a light car?

Actually, it doesn’t. The standard XKR is electronically limited to 155 mph whereas the XKR-S has had its limiter raised (but not de-restricted) to 175 mph so technically its 25 mph faster. Not much, but i thought i should point it out!

The performance would have to go to the 911 Turbo but the looks would have to go to the GT2. There is something about hooligan spoilers that appeals to me.

The SRX is on the same platform as the VUE, but that doesn’t account for the similar looks (it’s the large side air-intake right in font of the door that may cause the resemblance.)

I thought the new ’modern’ house wasn’t that nice either. I like modern looking homes, but it could have looked better. IMO the C Cl looked better in that commercial. They should have compared the interior of the Mercedes vs the Audi. Show the austere and cold interior of the Mercedes then transform it into the rich and warm interior of the Audi. But hey they only had 30 seconds...

Is it just me or does this remind you of the Saturn VUE? To me it looks too sleek, like a typical crossover SUV. Cadillacs are really angular looking, it’s a part of their ’art and science’ design theme. This new SRX does not have that.

Maybe it would look a lot better if they got rid of all that black cladding on the bottom. Or atleast matched it with the silver paint job.
